A tiny bowl just under 4 inches diameter and 4 inches high including the rose. It's called a tea bowl because it's a cup-like shape and would make a beautifully delicate receptacle for a choice brew of China Tea, or indeed a perfect decorative bowl to hold precious knick knacks, or sparing quantities of snacks!
